An articulated lift truck is a lift truck whose fork carriage pivots on a joint, and can therefore swing back and forth. Examples of articulated trucks include narrow aisle lift trucks, very narrow aisle lift trucks, articulated boom lifts and swing mast trucks.[1] Articulated lift trucks can be used in very narrow warehouse applications that also require the loading and unloading of trailers.[2]
