A lift truck tire is a tire designed specifically for a lift truck. Lift trucks tires are typically made of rubber or a durable type of plastic such as polyurethane. Some of the tires used in industry do not have a tread because they are used on indoor surfaces. Tires that have tread are often used on outdoor surfaces and the trucks that use them have a higher ground clearance.
