Insurance and investments group Zurich doesn't just walk the walk on climate change, it is positioning itself as an insurer that can help brokers become ‘climate risk managers'. Last month, it hosted climate change training programs in Melbourne and Sydney with plans to roll out the same program to other cities nationally next year. The idea came about after a company survey revealed many insurance brokers worry about climate change but don't quite know how to talk about it with their clients.
