Austin, Texas – Reddwerks Corporation, a provider of warehouse performance management (WPM) software and solutions, announced the completion of its acquisition of SeayCo, an 18-year-old Atlanta-based developer of warehouse control systems (WCS) and sortation software with over 200 customer sites in the U.S. and Canada.

“I am excited to offer users a combined Reddwerks/SeayCo solution end-to-end order processing in the warehouse,” says Tim Krisher, founder and president of SeayCo and who was named VP and solution architect at Reddwerks. Krisher will play a key role in the design and sale of the WCS functionality being embedded in the Reddwerks WPM software.

In addition to Krisher, the company will retain key SeayCo customer support and development resources.
