Hayward, CA – Pacific Material Handling Solutions, Inc. (PMHSI) announced that it has acquired the assets of Team Power Clarklift West. Team Power has operations in Sacramento, Manteca and Livermore, CA, and Reno, NV. "Putting the two organizations together increases our customer base in four of the ten markets we operate in," says PMHSI President/CEO Ralph Logan.

PMHSI is an authorized distributor of Yale forklifts, Moffett piggyback systems, Speedshield telemetry, Oorja Protonics, Pentalift dock equipment, Hormann-Flexon high speed doors, Orion and Miror energy efficient lighting, Power Boss floor sweepers and scrubbers, Star Car electric industrial vehicles and Skyjack man lifts.

"The Team Power acquisition provides us the platform to organize our company into two groups: material handling, and facilities equipment and services," says Logan.

"With the increasing regulation to reduce greenhouse gases, PMHSI Facilities Group will focus on green solutions for its customers. Our facilities group will provide products and solutions for our customers to reduce energy costs while reducing green house gases" says Chris Valenzuela, general manager, Valley region for PMHSI.
