Growing material handling equipment supplier Intelligrated Inc. Monday was offered a package of tax incentives and loans by the state of Ohio to relocate 150 jobs and create 267 more over three years through its recent acquisition of rival FKI Logistex Group.

While Chris Cole, CEO and co-founder of Intelligrated, called Ohio's package "very generous," he said Intelligrated is also weighing a competing offer from the state of Kentucky to consolidate some operations at a plant that FKI operates in Danville, Kentucky.

Cole said Intelligrated, owned by San Francisco-based Gryphon Investors, Tudor Ventures and management, expects to make a decision in a week or so.
