Neenah, WI – The Board of Directors of Menasha Corporation announced the appointment of James M. Kotek to the position of president and CEO. Kotek, 49, has been president of ORBIS Corporation, the company’s second largest operating division, since 2004. The promotion is effective immediately and Kotek will join the company’s Board of Directors.

"Jim Kotek’s record of business achievements is an excellent match with the challenges and goals of Menasha Corporation,” says Chairman of the Board, Donald C. Shepard. “Jim oversaw the two largest acquisitions in the Corporation’s history: LINPAC Group Limited’s North American material handling business in December 2006 and Norseman Plastics Holdings, Ltd. in October 2008.”

Kotek was one of three members appointed by the Menasha Corporation Board of Directors to an Executive Management Committee in May 2009, following the retirement of its president and CEO, Arthur W. Huge. The Committee members assumed general responsibility for the company’s affairs. The other members were Michael K. Waite, president of Menasha Packaging, and Thomas M. Rettler, the Corporation’s senior vice president and CFO.
