Greenville, NC—NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG) announced several senior-level changes within its sales and marketing organization. Don Chance will become president of NMHG sales, responsible for sales of Hyster and Yale product through national accounts and dealer channels in North America. Jonathan Dawley will become vice president of marketing, responsible for product and brand management as well as training and market development for the Americas. Paul Laroia is now vice president, aftermarket. He is responsible for all parts sales, aftermarket marketing, and supply activities in North America, plus strategic oversight of all aftermarket business in the Americas Theatre. Tom Saputo will be charged with providing service support to dealers and customers as vice president of customer service. Bob Sattler is now vice president, dealer business development, where he is responsible for strengthening the Hyster and Yale dealer networks in North America.
