Vineland, NJ – Logistics and contract warehousing company Network Logistic Solutions was acquired by supply chain solutions provider NFI Industries and will become part of the company’s warehouse and distribution division. The acquisition will add 516 employees and 3 million square feet to NFI.

Sid Brown, NFI CEO, says, “This acquisition strengthens our network with growing geographic presence in Jacksonville and Savannah, and by opening a new presence in Oklahoma.”

NFI, which is based in Vineland, N.J., provides logistics, distribution, transportation, intermodal and real estate services across the nation. The company owns nearly 60 trucking and maintenance facilities and more than 10,000 tractor trailers. The company, which generates $800 million in revenue annually, employs 5,500 and manages more than 18 million square feet of warehouse space.
