Maine Industrial Tire LLC will be implementing a price increase in both the U.S. and Canadian markets due to continued cost escalation in energy and raw materials. This price increase will be effective March 1, 2010.

Maine Industrial Tire expects increase amounts to be in the range of 5% to 8% and will vary by product grouping. In-line adjustments will be made by product category.

Over the next year, Maine Industrial Tire is committed to mitigating the impact of the March 1 price increases by optimizing its manufacturing platform and global distribution network.
