Caterpillar Logistics signed a 295,625 sq. ft. renewal with IDI at 2001 Baseline Road in Montgomery, IL, about 45 miles west of Chicago. The logistics provider uses the industrial building for staging, light assembly and quality control of parts.

The 580,625 sq. ft. manufacturing facility delivered in 1982. Eby Brown occupies the majority of additional space in the building.

Matthew Stauber of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Caterpillar. Jeff Lanaghan represented IDI, in-house.

Lanaghan called Caterpillar a "strong tenant" and noted that the renewal keeps the company in close proximity to its local operations.
