Boston, MA - Boston Rack International and Base Manufacturing have completed their merger to create Elite Storage Solutions. It was announced that Peter Murphy of Boston Rack is now chairman and CEO of Elite Storage Solutions and Steven South of Base Manufacturing is now president and COO.

South says of the merger, "Base Manufacturing now has the opportunity to bring our products to Boston Rack's customer base and also have access to Boston Rack's suite of engineering and technical services."
