Bluff Manufacturing announced it has restructured its national sales force to better serve its customers, as well as increase orders of the company’s dock, warehouse and safety equipment. The business development managers, previously titled regional sales managers, will primarily focus on assisting dealers nationwide to cultivate new accounts within their local areas, as well as continue to get Bluff's products specified on end-user projects. In addition, the business development managers will implement a new online training program for dealers, ensuring they are knowledgeable and up-to-date on Bluff Manufacturing’s line of dock and warehouse equipment, which includes yard ramps, dock boards, dock plates, dock levelers and safety products. The new training program can be scheduled at the dealer’s convenience and is comprised of both product and marketing topics: general product overview, specific product information, how to determine the best type of equipment for a customer's needs, and how to develop new business.
