Salt Lake City, UT – Volvo Construction Equipment North America has completed negotiations for the acquisition of certain assets of the former Volvo Construction Equipment & Services (VCES) store in Phoenix, AZ, by its dealer, Arnold Machinery Co.

The customers served by the former VCES operation in Phoenix will now become part of Arnold Machinery Co.’s branch network. Volvo Road Machinery products previously represented at the Phoenix VCES facility will continue to be available at the same location from Arnold Machinery Co.

“The incorporation of the former VCES store and their customers as part of our dealership will be seamless and uninterrupted,” said Richer. “We welcome these customers to our dealership.”

The purchase was announced in a statement by Al Richer, chairman of Arnold Machinery Co. The acquisition of the VCES branch by Arnold Machinery Company was effective July 9, 2009.
