About This Site

wikiMHEDA is an interactive, Web-based resource for the material handling industry. This site is a service of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), an international trade association dedicated solely to improving the proficiency of the independent material handling equipment distributor.

wikiMHEDA includes an encyclopedia of material handling industry terms, plus videos, white papers, product specification sheets, news and a directory of companies involved in the manufacturing and distribution of material handling equipment and accessories.

The site is designed to educate users, including industry veterans, newcomers and end-users, about the industry and its products, people, terminology and current events.
